Children’s Birthdays are always a special day to them and they love to celebrate the day with their friends at the children’s service on Sunday. The children’s ministry wants to know ahead of time the number of children who will be celebrating their birthday. This helps the ministry to be organized and prepared for them.

Parent should take note of the following:

1. Children’s birthdays are celebrated on the last Sunday of the every month.
2. Parents should notify the ministry by signing their names in the birthdays celebration sign-in sheet in the office if they want to celebrate their children’s birthday at the children’s service.
3. Your child’s birthday cake should be ready on Sunday morning between 8am to 11am at the children department where they have Sunday service.
4. Please put the cake on the birthday table where your child’s name is labelled.
5. Parents and their love ones of the child should be at the children’s service five minutes before the time of cutting the birthday cake.
6. Time to cut the birthday cake is 11:50am.
7. Your child’s birthday cake is for all the children.

   6.       Paper Napkins (for the cake)	6. Music
   7.       Decorations (optional)
   8.       Goody Bags (optional)
   9.       Other foods or treats (optional)
   10.   Drinks (optional)

8. If the day changes due to church program, it will be communicated to the parents.
